Our mission is to provide results-driven services in a truly actively inclusive space. We want everyone to feel at home in their bodies and understand that every body is different. Our services and treatment plans are completely customized to your individual needs.

Mindful of our impact in the community around us, Seven Spa Wellness strives to minimize waste wherever possible by using all natural and vegan products and locally sourcing supplies and products.

We offer massage subscriptions and a variety of birth doula support packages to fit every need.
Where will my appointment take place?
We’re located in a quiet residential neighborhood in downtown San Antonio. All massage and bodywork treatments are performed in a private room on a professional massage therapy table, with your comfort in mind.
We can travel to you for a small fee. Inquire for more information.
Parking in downtown SA can be a little tricky, so we ask that all vehicles park along the fence or curb, on the street, with the flow of traffic.

What can I expect from my first appointment?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with completed intake forms, in comfortable clothing.
Before starting your appointment, we will review your scheduled treatment, health history, and goals for your session together. After your appointment, we will discuss any findings and recommendations.

Do I have to undress completely?
You can undress down to your comfort level for all treatments. I recommend undressing completely so that clothing and jewelry do not interfere with your session.
You will be professionally draped and covered by a clean sheet at all times during your session, be kept warm and comfortable, and only the areas being worked on at the time will be exposed.

Cancellation Policy:
Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment time will result in a full charge of the scheduled appointment
